As guiding principles, SHEEHY strategies introduces original motto series

When I developed our business plan, I held tightly to core convictions that I HAD to incorporate into our business philosophy. And so, the SHEEHY strategies mottos were born. To date, we have more than 30 mottos. I expect the list to grow as our team expands and our culture evolves. For now, let’s start with the top five.

Motto № 1.) Illuminate minds to ignite behavior change.

Motto № 2.) Foster authentic, reciprocal relationships.

Motto № 3.) Dream it. Design it. Do it.

Motto № 4.) Unfailingly establish SMART objectives. Keep ’em specific, measurable, attainable, realistic, timely.

Motto № 5.) Be the moral compass.
